GrowUrPages ("App","we","our") is a Facebook Page management tool that helps page owners manage their Messenger inbox, reply to customers and view reports. By using this app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GrowUrPages is a Facebook Page management SaaS tool. We operate solely via the official Facebook API. We do not engage in unauthorized access, password storage, or Facebook policy violations.

2. User Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the proper use of your Facebook account
  • Spam, harassment, or misleading content is strictly prohibited
  • Compliance with Facebook Community Standards and Messenger Policy is mandatory
  • You will not share your login credentials
  • App usage is strictly for legal business purposes
3. Subscription & Payments
  • Plans are monthly — pay via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Binance (USDT)
  • Once a plan is activated, cancellations are non-refundable (with a 7-day exception)
  • Exceeding the message limit may result in temporary service suspension
  • 30 days notice will be given for pricing changes
4. Refund Policy

7-Day Money Back Guarantee: If the app does not meet your expectations and you contact us within the first 7 days, we will issue a full refund.

  • Refund request: growurpages@gmail.com or via WhatsApp
  • No refunds after 7 days
  • Partial refunds for unused days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
5. Limitation of Liability

GrowUrPages is not responsible for Facebook/Meta actions — such as account suspensions, API changes, or policy updates. We provide services on a best-effort basis.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to ban any account violating our Terms — without a refund. You can also delete your account yourself — Profile → Delete Account.

Will Facebook block my account? +
No — we only use the authorized Facebook API and reply strictly within the 24-hour window. This is fully compliant.
Messages not delivering? +
Check the following: reconnect Facebook, confirm token has not expired, and ensure the customer messaged within 24 hours. If issues persist — contact us on WhatsApp.
Pages not loading? +
Go to Pages → "Reconnect / Fix Permissions" and grant access to all your Pages in the Facebook popup. Your Pages will then load automatically.
Can I get a refund? +
Yes — request within 7 days for a full refund. See Terms & Conditions for the complete refund policy.
Multiple Facebook accounts? +
Currently only one account per session is supported. For multiple accounts, use separate browser tabs.
