Data used by the service
- Account identity, email, plan and usage details.
- Facebook user identity, authorized Page IDs, names and access tokens obtained when you connect Facebook.
- Messenger participant IDs, names, conversation timestamps and message content retrieved to display your inbox and determine reply eligibility.
- Saved contacts, labels, templates, campaign message text, recipient-level reports, settings and campaign history where those features are used.
Storage and purpose
The website stores Page connection details and tokens, contacts and settings in your browser. Browser-side token storage is not a secure server vault: protect your device and clear site data on shared computers. Account records and campaign history may also be saved in Firebase/Firestore through the website’s existing cloud-sync features. Saved campaign records can include message text and recipient details.
This data supports Page connection, inbox display, messaging eligibility, user-requested sending, reports and account administration. We do not claim that inbox content is never accessed or that campaign text is never saved.
Facebook permissions and messaging
Facebook connection requests pages_show_list to list authorized Pages and pages_messaging for Messenger access. The standard profile information returned by Facebook Login identifies the connected account. Other permissions are not requested by the current login flow.
Broadcasts are limited to verified incoming messages within the standard 24-hour window. Human Agent is not enabled until approved, and is limited to manual customer support within seven days. Older recurring-notification marketing sending is not enabled. Meta decides access and delivery; GrowUrPages is not endorsed by Meta and cannot guarantee approval or prevent restrictions.
Service providers
Meta processes Facebook authorization and messaging requests. Google Firebase/Firestore handles configured authentication and saved cloud records. Hosting, font and library providers receive ordinary technical requests such as IP addresses. Configured email services may process support or account messages. We do not sell customer data.
Security and retention
Facebook API requests use HTTPS. Access tokens are credentials: do not share them with support or other users. Local data remains until cleared or removed; cloud records remain until removed through account maintenance or a verified deletion request. Automatic expiry and deletion schedules are not asserted by this policy.
Server-enforced access controls are necessary for cloud records. Deployment owners must configure and verify Firebase rules and administrative access; browser-only login checks do not provide that protection.
Your choices and deletion
You can request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting the email above. We verify ownership before handling the request. See Data Deletion Instructions. Remove GrowUrPages in Facebook settings to revoke its authorization, and clear browser site data to remove local copies. Removal from Facebook alone does not confirm removal of saved cloud records.
Deletion is handled through support. This website does not offer an automated signed-request callback or a generated tracking-code service.
Browser storage and cookies
Local storage holds website session details, Page credentials, contacts and preferences. Facebook SDK and authentication providers may use their own cookies or browser storage under their policies. Clearing local storage does not remove cloud records.
Children and changes
GrowUrPages is intended for adult business users. Contact us if you believe a child’s data has been collected. Material changes to these practices will be reflected in this policy.
